April - September
From 9 a.m., last admission at 5 p.m.
October - March
From 9 a.m., last admission at 4 p.m.
Exit
You can leave the zoo at any time via the turnstiles after the ticket office has closed.
Animal enclosures
The animal enclosures as well as the visitor centres Polarium and Darwineum close one hour after the ticket office closes.
