October 7 - March 31
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
April 1 - October 6
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The animal facilities as well as the visitor centre of the Polarium and Darwineum close one hour after ticket office closing time.
Use the main entrance on Barnstorfer Ring 1; 400 parking spaces are available to you here. The Trotzenburg entrance (open from April to October) is located directly at the Zoo tram stop.
